Minibuzz is a popular and powerful daily current affairs television show that prompts passionate, open and free dialogue across Uganda. It educates, informs and generates genuine proven behaviour change and action amongst ordinary Ugandan citizens of all ages, as well as government members and stakeholders. Our daily, educational and entertaining thirty minute current affairs program features participants discussing and debating spontaneous topics, covering news and current life issues, in our mobile TV station minibus. Minibuzz broadcasts the ‘voice of the common people’ nationally on Bukedde TV 1, during prime-time (6.30-7pm), five days a week, with an hour prime-time weekend repeat at 3.00pm on Saturdays. Over 700 programs have been broadcast to date, reaching over 60% of Uganda, with between 2-3 million viewers tuning in.
